The Cabinet may make regulations empowering the Registrar to do such things as are considered necessary to implement any amended or substituted classification of goods or services for the purposes of the registration of trade marks.
Regulations made pursuant to this section may provide for the amendment of existing entries in the Register so as to accord with any new classification.
Any power of amendment referred to in this section shall not be exercised so as to extend the rights conferred by registration except where it appears to the Registrar that full compliance with this requirement would involve undue complexity and that any extension would not adversely affect the rights of any person.
