Certain new vehicles exempt from registration

Vehicles in the possession of persons licensed under the Trade and Business Licensing Act (2026 Revision) as vehicle dealers, agents, repairers or traders are exempt from the need for registration, but are subject to such provisions as to trade plates as may be prescribed.
