Restrictions on use of special purpose vehicles

Low Speed electric vehicles may only be used on a road or public place where the designated speed is thirty miles per hour or less.
An ATV may only be used on a route designated by the Director and driven, while on land, at a speed of thirty-five miles per hour or less.
A person who uses a special purpose vehicle in a manner that contravenes subsection (1) or (1A) commits an offence and is liable to a fine of five hundred dollars or imprisonment for six months, or to both.
Repealed by section 25(d) of the Traffic (Amendment) Act, 2018 [Law 7 of 2018].
