Proceedings to be in camera

In any proceedings involving a victim who —
is a child;
has been traumatized by the experience of exploitation;
is mentally or physically challenged; or
is a person against whom any of the offences set out in sections 127, 130, 131, 132, 134, 136, 138, 144 and 145 of the Penal Code (2013 Revision) was committed,
the court before which the proceedings are being held shall order that the proceedings be held in camera.
