Liability for false statements

A person who knowingly furnishes to the Registrar of Trusts any false declaration, document, account, minute or information or permits the same to be so furnished knowing it to be false commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of one thousand dollars and to imprisonment for three months.
