Termination of trust

If the Registrar of Trusts is satisfied that no property remains subject to the trusts powers or provisions thereof that person shall so certify whereupon this Part shall cease to apply to such trust or any former trustees thereof and the file relating to such trust and its contents shall be destroyed.
