The seal of the Office shall be authenticated by the Chair and one other Member authorised to act in that behalf and shall be judicially noticed.
The Office may, by resolution, appoint an officer of the Office or any other agent either generally or in a particular case to execute or sign on behalf of the Office any instrument not under seal in relation to any matter coming within the functions and powers of the Office.
