The Registrar shall keep a register of veterinary practitioners upon which shall be entered the name and other particulars as may be prescribed of every person registered.

The register shall be kept at the office of the Registrar and shall be open to inspection by the public at all reasonable times and a copy of the register shall be gazetted once a year.
