Inspectors to be appointed

The Magistrate shall appoint for each District an Inspector of Weights and Measures, who shall be custodian of the standard weights and measures aforesaid, and who shall, at least once a quarter, inspect all weights and measures used by any vendor of goods, wares or merchandise within the District, and test the same so as to ascertain whether they correspond to the standard weights and measures.
