Disclosure to attorney-at-law

A disclosure made by an employee to an attorney-at-law is a protected disclosure for the purposes of this Law if the employee makes the disclosure to the attorney-at-law with the object of obtaining legal advice on such disclosure or if the disclosure is made during the process of obtaining legal advice.
