Provisions for non-disclosure in employment agreement void

Any provision of an employment agreement is void and of no effect if the provision precludes an employee from making a protected disclosure or purports to require an employee to —
agree to not make a disclosure under this Law during or after his period of employment;
refrain from instituting any proceedings pursuant to this Law; or
withdraw or abandon any disclosure made under this Law, or proceedings instituted pursuant to this Law.
