A person who —
in any manner encourages, aids or assists at the fighting or baiting of any bull, dog, cock or any other kind of animal;
keeps, uses or acts in the management of any such animal;
being the owner or occupier of any place or premises, permits such place or premises to be used for the purpose of fighting or baiting any such animal; or
receives money for the admission of any person to any place or premises kept or used for the purpose of fighting or baiting of any such animal,
commits an offence.
