Forfeiture of things seized

Any animal or any part thereof, in respect of which there is a conviction for an offence against this Act, shall be forfeited to the Crown.
Any boat, gun, catapult or other weapon or any trap used in commission of any offence in respect of which there is a conviction may, in the discretion of the court, be forfeited to the Crown.
