The Cabinet may make regulations for the better carrying out of this Part and in particular may —
repealed by section 16 of the Animals (Amendment) Law, 2014 [Law 14 of 2014];
repealed by section 16 of the Animals (Amendment) Law, 2014 [Law 14 of 2014];
make provision for the stocking of any areas with animals of various categories;
repealed by section 16 of the Animals (Amendment) Law, 2014 [Law 14 of 2014];
restrict or impose conditions in respect of the keeping of animals in captivity;
repealed by section 16 of the Animals (Amendment) Law, 2014 [Law 14 of 2014];
require persons to render returns containing such information as may be prescribed;
prescribe the form and make provision for the issue of licences and the fees therefor;
prescribe, regulate and secure the periodical treatment of all or any cattle by effective dipping or by the use of some other means of control and eradication of ticks either with respect to the Islands as a whole or any part thereof; and
control the quality of animal feeding stuffs imported into the Islands or offered for sale to the public.
