Proceedings in the Cayman Islands Parliament

No written law or rule of law preventing proceedings in the Cayman Islands Parliament being impeached or questioned in any court or place outside of the Cayman Islands Parliament shall prevent any evidence of words, spoken, or acts performed, by a person alleged to have committed a corruption offence as a member of the Cayman Islands Parliament being admissible —
in proceedings for that offence against that person; or
in proceedings for a corruption offence which arises out of the same facts.
