Refusal to issue Cayman Islands Identification Card

The Registrar, in reviewing an application under section 5, shall refuse to issue a Cayman Islands Identification Card to an individual making an application under that section where —
the individual is not a registered person;
the individual has not paid any fee that may be prescribed under section 5(2);
the individual's identity has not been verified in accordance with section 6; or
the individual refuses to submit any of the information required under section 6.
