Transmission of appeal papers

As soon as the appellant has given or filed the notice of appeal and has complied with section 169, the Summary Court shall without delay transmit to the Grand Court a copy of the conviction, order or judgment and all papers relating to the appeal. The appellant shall lodge with the Clerk and serve upon the respondent, not less than three days before the date appointed for the hearing of the appeal, a notice containing particulars of matters of law or fact in regard to which the Summary Court is alleged to have erred.
