Crime free period for orders of a juvenile court

The crime-free period (in the case of an order of the juvenile court) is the period after the date of the order during which the person has not been —
subject to a control order;
convicted of an offence punishable by imprisonment;
in prison because of a conviction for an offence; and
unlawfully at large.
The crime-free period may commence before the date of the commencement of this Law.
