The Commissioner shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after the end of each year, lay before the Legislative Assembly —

a report of the operation of this Law during the year and may from time to time submit such other reports as the Commissioner thinks appropriate; and

accounts audited in accordance with the Public Management and Finance Law (2013 Revision).
