Promotion of the Law by Commissioner

The Commissioner shall promote good practice and observance of this Law by data controllers.
The Commissioner may arrange for the dissemination of information about the operation of this Law, about good practice, and about other matters within the scope of the Commissioner’s functions under this Law, and may give advice to any person as to any of those matters.
