A person with a disability has a right to private life and family life on an equal basis with persons who do not have disabilities.
A person with a disability shall not be a subject of any research or medical or scientific experimentation without that person's free and informed consent, obtained through accessible modes, means and formats of communication.
A person with a disability shall not be subject to any medical procedure which leads to or could lead to infertility without that person's free and informed consent, obtained through accessible modes, means and formats of communication.
