Employees to provide information to employer

Every employee shall keep that person’s employer informed of all facts related to the employer’s liability under section 5(2) and of any change of circumstances which would affect the employer’s liability under that section.
An employee who contravenes subsection (1) is liable to that person’s employer for any expense incurred by the employer for which that employer would otherwise not have been liable.
