A person aggrieved by a decision of the Commission under section 4A, 4B or by a decision of the Commission on any claim or question referred to the Commission under section 22 may, within ninety days of the date on which the decision was given, appeal to the Grand Court.
On an appeal under this section, the Grand Court may confirm or reverse the decision of the Commission.
