Transfer of public servants to the Authority

Any public servant employed in any of the health care facilities on the 1st July, 2002 shall become an employee of the Authority on that date on the same terms and conditions as those applicable to him on the day immediately preceding except —
to the extent other terms and conditions are agreed between such employee and the Authority; and
that disciplinary matters shall be dealt with in accordance with the disciplinary rules and procedures of the Authority.
Pension arrangements and medical benefits relating to any employee specified under subsection (1) shall be subject to sections 36 and 37 respectively.
