Notwithstanding section 30, the Authority shall forward to the Minister or the Minister of Finance such returns, statistics or other information as the Minister or the Minister of Finance, may by notice in writing, reasonably require; and the Authority shall supply the returns, statistics or such information requested by the date and in the format required.
