Establishment of stop list

There shall be established by the Chief Immigration Officer a stop list in which shall be recorded the name of any person known to come within a category of section 82.
The Chief Immigration Officer may cause copies of the stop list or notification of the entry in or removal there from of any name to be given to the local agent of vessels arriving in the Islands and to travel agencies.
