All ICT installations, equipment, apparatus and stations which are used in connection with a license issued or applied for under this Act shall be subject to inspection by a person duly authorised by the Office.
A person who —
intentionally impedes or interferes with the inspection referred to in this section;
does not give information requested in the course of such inspection; or
gives wrong information in response to an inquiry made by the authorised person,
commits an offence and is liable, on summary conviction, to a fine of ten thousand dollars and to imprisonment for one year.
