Malicious damage to apparatus

No person shall remove, alter, damage, disrupt, disable or destroy any ICT network or ICT apparatus except in accordance with this Act or the regulations.
A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable, on summary conviction, to a fine of twenty thousand dollars or to imprisonment for two years or, on conviction on indictment, to a fine of forty thousand dollars or to imprisonment for four years.
