Establishment of the Land Surveyors Board

4. (1) There is established a Board, known as the Land Surveyors Board, consisting of the Chief Surveyor, as chairman, and two other persons appointed by the Governor in Council who shall, if practicable, be surveyors licensed to practice in the Islands. The chairman of the Board may, from time to time, co- opt a member of the legal department to assist in its deliberations.
An appointed member shall hold office for two years, and may, at any time, resign his appointment by notice in writing to the Governor: Provided however that the Governor in Council may, at any time, revoke the appointment of a member.
The Governor may, from time to time, appoint a Secretary to the Board.
