Duties of the Board

5. It is the duty of the Board to —
grant to persons duly qualified therefor in accordance with this Law licences to practise land surveying in the Islands;
provide for examinations to be taken by applicants for such licences;
keep a register of all licensed surveyors in accordance with section 8;
take disciplinary proceedings against licensed surveyors in accordance with this Law;
hear and determine any dispute between any licensed surveyor and his client as to the fees charged by the licensed surveyor; and
perform such other functions as are prescribed by this Law or any regulations made thereunder.
