Grant of licence to be gazetted

7. (1) The grant of a licence under this Part shall be in the form prescribed in the First Schedule and notice thereof shall be published in the Gazette.
There shall be payable to the Treasury in respect of the grant of the licence to a surveyor such fee as may be prescribed.
