Enrolment of attorneys-at-law

The Clerk of Court shall, upon application from any person admitted to practise as an attorney-at-law under section 3, enter the applicant’s name in a book to be kept for the purpose by the Clerk and to be called the Court Roll and, upon the applicant’s name being so enrolled, such person shall be entitled to a certificate of enrolment under the seal of the court.
Any person whose name is so enrolled shall, subject to section 12, be entitled to practise as an attorney-at-law in every court in the Islands.
Any person practising as an attorney-at-law and whose name is so enrolled shall be deemed to be an officer of the Grand Court.
Subject to section 4, no person whose name is not so enrolled shall be entitled to practise in any court in the Islands.
