Persons guilty of contempt of court

A person who, not being themselves the plaintiff or defendant or other party thereto, in their own name or in the name of any other person acts as an attorney-at-law in any civil or criminal proceeding when not entitled to practise as such may be adjudged guilty of a contempt of the court in which that proceeding in relation to which that person so acts is brought, and may be punished accordingly.
