For the purposes of this Act —
any writ, notice, order or other document required to be served on a limited liability partnership may be served by leaving the same, or by sending the writ, notice, order or other document required t o be served through the post in a prepaid letter, addressed to the limited liability partnership at the limited liability partnership ’ s registered office; and
any writ, notice, order or other document required to be served on a partner in the partner ’ s capacity as such may be served by leaving the same, or by sending the writ, notice, order or other document required to be served through the post in a prepaid letter, addressed to the partner at the registered office of the limited liability partnership or at the address stated for the partner in the registration statement.
