The Registrar, on receipt of an application —
for registration as a limited liability partnership under section 18;
for conversion to a limited liability partnership under section 33;
for deregistration of a limited liability partnership under section 37 or 38; or
for continuation as a lim ited liability partnership under section 39, which is accompanied by the prescribed express fee, shall complete the transaction for which the document has been submitted by —
the end of the working day, where the document and all fees are received by 12 noon; or
12 noon on the following working day, where the document and all fees are received after 12 noon.
Where this Act provides for or requires —
the filing of any document with the Registrar (other than the filing of any document mad e as part of an application);
certifications by the Registrar;
copies to be issued, made or provided by the Registrar; or
the issuance of certificates by the Registrar, on receipt of the prescribed express fee, the Registrar shall complete t he transaction by —
the end of the working day, where the relevant information and all fees are received by 12 noon; or
