Penalty for non-compliance with conditions of exemption certificates

Where an exemption certificate, issued in respect of a Cayman Islands ship, specifies conditions subject to which the certificate is issued and any of those conditions is not complied with, the owner and the master of the ship each commits an offences and is liable to a fine of five thousand dollars.
