Appointment and duties of officers

5. (1) The Governor may appoint such officers as may be necessary for the carrying into effect of this Law.
It shall be the duty of the Governor, in addition to any other duties provided in this Law, to exercise general supervision over all prospecting and mining operations in the Islands.
