6. The Governor may delegate or assign to any officer appointed under section 5(1) all or any of his powers, duties and jurisdiction subject to such limitations as he may specify, but in so doing the Governor shall not thereby divest himself of the right to exercise concurrently all or any of the powers, duties and jurisdiction conferred upon him by this Law.
