No action against officer for acts done in execution of duties

73. No action or other legal proceedings, civil or criminal, shall be instituted in any Court against the Governor or other officer or any person acting under his authority for or on account of or in respect of anything done or purported to be done in good faith in the execution of his duty under this Law.
