77. Whoever places, deposits or is accessory to the placing or depositing of any minerals in any place with the intent to mislead any person as to the payable nature of the minerals naturally occurring in such place, or who mixes or causes to be mixed with any ore, any valuable mineral or substance whatsoever that will increase the value or in any way change the nature of such ore, with intent to deceive or defraud, is guilty of an offence.
