Obstructing person in execution of duty

79. Whoever wilfully obstructs, hinders, assaults or resists any other person in the exercise or execution of any right, power or duty under this Law, or wilfully disobeys an order of any such other person, other than an order for the payment of money, is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction before two Justices to a fine of two hundred dollars and to imprisonment with hard labour for six months.
