Appeal to Grand Court

A party to any proceedings before the Board under this Act may appeal to the Grand Court against the decision or order of the Board.
Upon the request of a person to appeal to the Grand Court, the Board shall furnish that person with a certified copy of the record of the proceedings, including the documents received in evidence and the decision from which an appeal is requested.
