Obstruction

No person shall hinder or obstruct any person lawfully carrying out a duty under this Act.
A person shall not knowingly or wilfully provide false or misleading information in connection with any information the person is required to provide under this Act.
A person who contravenes subsection (1) or (1A) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of ten thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of one year, or to both.
A refusal of consent to enter a private residence is not and shall not be deemed to be hindering or obstructing within the meaning of subsection (1) unless an inspection order under section 89 has been issued relating to such private residence.
