Power to restrain

Where a provision of this Act or regulations or an order or approval of the Board or the Director under this Act is contravened, in addition to any other remedy and to any penalty imposed by law, the contravention may be restrained by action at the instance of the Board, of the Director or of the administrator of the pension plan affected by the contravention.
