The Board shall appoint such individual to be the Managing Director of the Authority, at such remuneration and on such terms and conditions as the Board may think fit.
The Board shall appoint such individual to be the Deputy Managing Director of the Authority, at such remuneration and on such terms and conditions as the Board may think fit.
The Managing Director and the Deputy Managing Director shall be answerable to the Board for their respective acts and decisions, shall both be full time officers and employees of the Authority and shall render their services exclusively to the Authority.
In the Managing Director's absence or inability to fulfil that person's duties, the Deputy Managing Director shall discharge the duties and functions of the Managing Director during the period of that person's absence or disability.
