Medical care for employees of Authority and applicability of Health Insurance Act (2021 Revision)

The Health Insurance Act (2021 Revision) shall apply to the Authority except that —
the Authority may elect to provide free or subsidised medical benefits in lieu of, or in addition to, insurance coverage under that Act; and
any person described in section 15(1) shall, unless otherwise notified by the Authority, be entitled to receive from the Authority the medical benefits provided to that person on the day preceding that person's transfer to the Authority.
