Salary and emoluments

There shall be paid to the Ombudsman such annual salary, emoluments and benefits as are established under the Public Service Management Act (2018 Revision).
The salary, emoluments and benefits of the Ombudsman shall not be altered to the disadvantage of the Ombudsman during the period of the Ombudsman's appointment, except by mutual agreement.
