The officers of the Ombudsman shall be public officers appointed by the Ombudsman in accordance with the Public Service Management Act (2018 Revision), and shall include —
a Deputy Ombudsman (Information Rights);
a Deputy Ombudsman (Complaints); and
such other officers as are necessary to enable the Ombudsman to carry out the functions of Ombudsman.
