Vesting of property

There is hereby vested in the Authority —
the parcels of land with the buildings and works there situate as set forth in the Schedule which, together with such other parcels of land as may in future be vested in the Authority shall be known as "port areas"; and
the plant, equipment and tools, the property of the Government used in connection with such port areas prior and up to the coming into effect of this Act, which shall be recorded in an inventory prepared at the direction of the Financial Secretary and approved by the Authority and entered as assets in the accounts of the Authority.
