Duties of the Director

The duties of the Director in addition to carrying out the functions of the Authority as set forth in section 6 shall, subject to the exclusion of any officer seconded from the public service and subject to the general supervision of the Authority, include the control, recruitment, testing, grading and disciplining of officers.
